Therapeutic Services
Mental Wellness Services offers an individualized plan for outpatient psychotherapy and psychiatric support resources. Services are provided via telehealth/zoom or in person. We will help you find a good fit for the challenges you are facing, and work with you to set a plan for personalized and collaborative treatment.

Treatment
Mental Wellness Services utilizes evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, and Harm Reduction to provide individual counseling services to our clients. We work with licensed mental health professionals, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists to provide clinical mental health assessments, mental health services, and guide treatment.
Our program is open to adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use problems interfering with their daily lives, including barriers to employment, education, healthy activities, and relationships.
Program Structure
The number of sessions and length of treatment depends on clinical evaluation of clients’ needs. Staff will assist with obtaining prior authorization from the client’s health insurance provider/s, as appropriate.
