Keep It Real
Outpatient Mental Health & Substance Use Recovery
Keep it Real is an outpatient dual-recovery program designed for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges that interfere with their daily lives, including barriers to employment, education, healthy activities, and relationships. The program assists clients in developing dual recovery skills and engaging in harm reduction strategies based on individual recovery goals.
Therapeutic Services
The therapeutic services in Keep it Real include:
- Individual counseling sessions
- Psychosocial educational and skill development groups
- Communication skills and family member meetings
- Evidence-based harm reduction strategies
Our licensed mental health professionals, counselors, and substance use disorder specialists provide mental health services, and guide rehabilitation.

We believe in incorporating a strengths-based and recovery-focused model to our services based on each client’s individualized goals.
We provide clients with a full evaluation to ensure the services being offered align with the client’s needs.
Program Structure
The length of treatment depends on each client’s individual needs, and our staff will assist with obtaining prior authorization from the client’s health insurance provider/s as appropriate. Our team of professionals works with clients visiting Keep It Real to develop individual goals and identify and seek activities that are meaningful to their lives.
